1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is the entity named in the legal notice. For privacy questions, contact us at info@evervision.de.

2. Your rights

You have the right of access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3)). An informal e-mail to info@evervision.de is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (ldi.nrw.de).

3. Right to object

Where we process data on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.

4. Hosting and server log files

The website is operated at Vercel Inc. (USA); for European visitors it is served from the Frankfurt am Main data centre region. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

When a page is requested, access data is automatically recorded in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. This data is required for secure and stable operation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. It is not merged with other data and the logs are deleted after a short period.

5. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

We use no cookies, no analytics or audience measurement tools, no advertising pixels and no social media plugins. That is why this website shows no cookie banner.

Fonts and videos are served from our own server; there is no connection to Google Fonts, YouTube, Vimeo or comparable services.

Your quote list (“Add to quote”) and your progress in the system planner are stored solely in your browser's local storage. That data leaves your device only when you submit an enquiry, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

6. System planner, quote requests and contact forms

When you submit the system planner, the detailed quote request or a contact form, we process the contact details you provide (name, e-mail address, optionally phone number, company and role), your message and the answers you selected in the planner (such as postcode, consumption, existing installations and products of interest).

We process this data in order to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and, where you have expressly agreed, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Within our company the recipient is the person handling your enquiry. To carry out a project we may pass your details to the sales partner or installer responsible for you; this happens only where it is necessary to process your request.

The feedback form on the calculation-basis page reaches us the same way. There we process only your message, your e-mail address for the reply and, if given, your name.

7. E-mail delivery

For the confirmation and notification e-mails relating to your enquiry we use the delivery service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor. Your e-mail address and the content of the message are transferred to the USA. The transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.

8. Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as is necessary to handle them and any follow-up communication. If a contract is concluded, the statutory commercial and tax retention periods apply (generally six or ten years). Beyond that we delete your data as soon as the purpose ceases to apply or you ask us to.

9. Changes to this notice

We update this privacy notice when the technology of the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
